Every day of the Safer Food, Better Business diary, in the same order, on screen. Your team ticks checks in their own language, and who ticked what and when is recorded automatically.
What it does
Opening, service and closing checks as separate lines.
If something goes wrong you note what happened and what you did, and add a photo. The responsible person signs at close.
Prove It (probe temperature) records, the 4-weekly review and emergency numbers on the same screen.
For fridges with a sensor, the sensor completes the daily fridge check.
Add extra checks of your own that are not on the standard list.
Staff fitness-to-work checks are part of the daily checks too.
Missed days
Missed days are flagged with their dates. A day added later is marked "late entry" with the time it was entered, and shows in the report, so your records stay honest and the inspector can see what was entered when.
