What it does
Mark the 14 legal allergens for every dish on your menu.
When a supplier changes, the affected dishes are flagged "Review".
Prepacked for direct sale (PPDS) items are checked for a full ingredients label (Natasha's Law).
An order allergy note opens a pre-preparation warning. Daily specials have their own card.
The anaphylaxis emergency card sits in the most visible spot, with its 5 steps.
"Free from" and "may contain" are marked separately; "may contain" is only used after a risk assessment.
