What this page covers

This page covers the pomfy.co website only. The Pomfy app has its own privacy notice, shared separately.

Who we are

This website is run by Pomfy. For any privacy question, email us at evinabay@pomfy.co.

What we collect

There are no forms on this website, and it does not ask you for any information.

When you call or email us, we use what you share (your name, business name, phone number, email address and message) only to reply to you and arrange a demo visit.

Lawful basis

Under UK GDPR, we process this information to take steps at your request before a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to you.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for no more than 3 years and then delete them.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may briefly process visitor IP addresses for security. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google. Our email is held by our email provider.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies. There is no visitor tracking, analytics or advertising, so we do not ask for cookie consent.

Your rights

You can ask us by email to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to its use. We reply within one month.

If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk.
